Two Sisters German IPA

ABV: 5.58%  IBU: 45  SRM: 5.3%

Overall Impression: Big berry and stonefruit aroma on the nose. Clean mouthfeel with low relative bitterness and a good malt presence. 

Aroma: Peach candy, tropical fruit, black currant, grapefruit.

Appearance: Bright orange with moderate haze. Frothy cream-white head with decent staying power. Good lacing.

Flavour: Stone fruit, cream and tropical overtone with a goldenberry tartness.  Significant malt backbone balances out the hop element. Overall dry finish with slight lingering bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Clean draught. Light texture. Carbed at 2.1 volumes for a softer mouthfeel.
